The complimentary consultation is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if the therapist is a good fit for your needs.
It’s a valuable way to explore the therapeutic relationship and assess whether the therapist's methods, personality, and values align with what you're looking for in therapy, without any financial commitment.
In-person counseling services offer a transformative space for exploring the complexities of your life.
Sessions are tailored to your unique needs. They invite you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns, helping you navigate life's challenges and find a path toward greater emotional well-being and meaning.
Virtual counseling services offer a flexible and accessible way to explore your inner world and navigate life's challenges from the comfort of your own space. Through secure online sessions, your therapist provides a supportive and compassionate environment where you can discuss your emotions, relationships, and the deeper questions about your existence and purpose.
Internal Family Systems is a gentle approach to getting to know yourself on a deeper level. We all carry different “parts” within us—some that hold pain, some that protect us, and others that carry creativity and joy. IFS helps make sense of these different sides of yourself. Rather than pushing feelings away, this model creates space to listen to them with compassion and discover what they need. In doing so, you can ease inner conflict, heal past wounds, and strengthen your connection to your core Self—a place of calm, clarity, and confidence.
Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI) is a body-based trauma therapy that uses the connection between the eyes and the brain to help the nervous system heal from traumatic experiences. It draws from neurophysiology principles and works with both brain hemispheres, using bilateral stimulation, to integrate unprocessed memories.
One of the distinctive features of OEI is that it doesn’t require
sharing details of the experience. Instead, clients focus on a “target”
— a representation of the experience — allowing them to process trauma without the distress of verbal recounting. This makes OEI particularly helpful for those who may struggle with traditional trauma therapies or find it difficult to talk about their experiences.
See FAQ for more info.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is about learning to live with greater presence and freedom. Instead of struggling against painful thoughts or feelings, ACT helps you make space for them while focusing on what truly matters to you. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based action, you can loosen the grip of unhelpful patterns and move toward a more meaningful, wholehearted life.
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a brief, strengths-based approach that focuses on possibilities rather than problems. Instead of analyzing what isn’t working, SFT helps you identify your resources, recognize small steps forward, and build on what’s already going well. This future-oriented approach empowers you to create meaningful change by drawing on your own strengths and resilience.
